He has been sober since 2009, and this journey continues to shape his approach to coaching. He understands the connection between stress, habits, addiction, and behaviour change from real-life experience.

He specialises in fat loss for busy adults who don’t have time for extreme approaches, focusing instead on simple, realistic systems that fit around work, family, and everyday life.

His approach combines evidence-based training and nutrition with a strong focus on mindset, recovery, and long-term habit change.
