Austin and Alex share a passion for travel and wellbeing, having met while exploring India. Their adventures through Southeast Asia and beyond have deepened their appreciation for culture, connection, and holistic living, values that continue to inform the way they support clients at Peckham Therapies.

Austin

Austin is an integrative therapist with over 13 years’ experience supporting adults with a range of emotional and relational difficulties.

His approach combines a variety of therapeutic models, offering a flexible and responsive way of working that considers the connection between mind, body, and emotional wellbeing. With over 21 years in recovery, Austin brings both professional experience and personal insight to his work, particularly in supporting those navigating addiction, behaviour change, and life transitions.

Peckham Therapies was created from a belief that wellbeing isn’t just one thing, it’s about how everything works together. In his work, Austin offers a grounded, thoughtful space where individuals, couples, and groups can explore their experiences and move towards meaningful, lasting change.

Alex

With a background in administration and operations, Alex oversees the smooth running of Peckham Therapies’ online services and client experience. She ensures that everything behind the scenes is carefully organised, allowing clients to receive a seamless and supportive journey throughout their time with us.

Alongside this, Alex is a trained massage therapist and Reiki practitioner. She provides hands-on holistic support at our retreats and in-person wellbeing events, offering massage therapy and contributing to the preparation of nourishing vegan and vegetarian meals. Together, these elements help to create a grounded, restorative, and thoughtfully supported retreat experience.

We are available Monday to Saturday, please contact us to find out available appointments.

Cancellation Policy

At Peckham Therapies, we understand that unexpected events occur and cannot be avoided. We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice and we cannot fill your slot, we will take the full amount. Should we be able to fill the time we will make a full refund to you.

If there is an emergency situation, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can treat your situation individually.
