Through Talk Therapy we aim to identify and verbally process the presenting issue.

Through Mindfulness Meditation practices, we learn ways to reduce anxiety in the moment and let go of harmful or negative beliefs. 

Through Massage and Reiki we can de-stress, clear out toxins we have been holding onto and then realign and re-energise to a more balanced state of wellbeing.
